Very good restaurant with excellent cuisine and excellent wines from Lake Constance. Unfortunately because of Corona only very few tables. Call and reserve early. Top recommendation for Ludwigshafen.

If you love quality, friendliness and steaks, you cannot avoid the Blue Monkey. All dishes are freshly prepared with love and taste excellent. You should therefore find out what is on offer on the menu beforehand, as the selection is understandably limited. We loved the steak, the garlic prawns and the schnitzel and can only recommend it.

Nice and attractive location. Friendly service. Unfortunately I couldn't find any fresh vegetables on the menu. Also no pasta or rice as a side dish. Therefor french fries and croquettes. What a shame ... Steak was plentiful and good. Price / performance is okay.

The food, the service and the ambience were very good - to excellent. Slightly high priced, but when we are at Lake Constance we go to eat there once. The portion sizes are very generous. The prices for the portion sizes and the quality of the products are completely OK. Extras: The greeting from the kitchen was very tasty - thank you very much ? The wine selection is huge. The beer selection unfortunately not. I would recommend other varieties here - e.g. "Berg" beer. Or the brewery from Constance. The cheese platter is highly recommended!

You really don't have to, because no kitchen can be so good that you have to be presented like this !!!! Although in the telephone announcement it is said that outside there is no reservation and entertainment, in the evening everything is also reserved outside. The blue monkey is one of the best restaurants I have visited recently. The ambience is tasteful and the staff very friendly. Nice conversations and laughter are quite normal and very welcome. The selection of dishes is very clear, but everything is really delicious, the portions large and the price reasonable. However, space is limited and reservations should be made urgently. There are sufficient parking spaces past buildings on the right. I would eat here again without hesitation. Thanks to the staff for the nice evening.

Amazing food, locally sourced and distinguished wines and liqueurs. Bit more pricy than the average but totally worth it.
